The mother of three Julie Sillitoe, 49, was killed on Valentine's Day, when a large piece of construction debris fell from a building in Holborn, London, crushing.
The trial heard today his two passengers, only narrowly escaped with their lives after a piece of concrete fell a few inches from their heads.
Her widower Steve Sillitoe choking tears as he told the St. Pancras Coroner's Court that he had confessed to his wife will not work because of bad weather.
